The applicant is a financial institution. It appears that even the Advocate for respondent no.5 has not given any purshis intimating about the death of respondent no.5. It is only after notice of respondent no.5 returned unserved as reported to be dead, civil application is filed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen days.
