Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. Learned counsel, however, submits that the said disqualification incurred by the petitioner would remain till the term of the Gram Panchayat is over in the year 2020. Learned A.G.P. has not disputed the same. Learned A.G.P. submits that even in clause (2) of operative part of the impugned order passed by the Additional Collector, it has been clearly stated that the said disqualification is only for the remaining period. 2.

In view of the same, leave granted. Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
