O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) 1.

The appellants-claimants have filed this appeal for additional compensation through guardian. The appellants with their counsel and Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer of Insurance Company with counsel of Insurance Company are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsel.

Appellants and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. As per said compromise respondent- Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lack Twenty Five Thousand) to the appellants towards full

( 2 ) P15 and final settlement of claim and that the said amount will be deposited in the concerned tribunal within 45 days from the date of receipt of award.

Mother of the appellant No. 2 & 3- minor has also filed affidavit and certificate of her counsel. Compromise appears to be in the interest of minorappellant Nos. 2 & 3. 4.

Award be prepared accordingly in terms of compromise pursis "X".

Court fee refund, if any, be refunded to the appellants.

Pending civil application/s, if any, stand/s disposed of, in view of the fact that appellants and respondent-Insurance Company have settled the matter as above.
