Heard rival submissions. The applicant - original claimant is seeking permission to take early hearing of this appeal since the appeal fled by Insurance Company is of the year of 2008. Even otherwise also, the appeal being an old proceeding, needs to be disposed of as early as possible. As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and the appeal is now fxed for fnal hearing on 17th January 2023.
