Writ petition no. 523 of 2020 was dismissed in default on account of non-compliance, on 30-10-2021. This civil application has been filed on the same day seeking restoration. The petition was dismissed without reference to the Court considering the order dated 25-10-2021.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. Writ petition no. 523 of 2020 will be restored to the file at the stage at which it was dismissed, subject to the condition that all office objections shall be removed by the petitioner on or before 20-11-2021. 3.

List both these petitions on 27-11-2021.
