After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Public Interest Litigation with liberty to file a fresh petition. The counsel submits that, while preparing the petition, he was not well equipped with the relevant rules and procedural formalities. Public Interest Litigation is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
