Admittedly, the applicant was not party to writ petition No.5094/2019 which has been disposed of by this court by its order dated 23rd March, 2021.

It appears from the pleading in present application so also from the submissions of learned advocate for the applicant that, it amounts to review of the order dated 23rd March, 2021 which is not permissible in the eyes of law. In our opinion, the present application is wholly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.

In view of dismissal of Civil Application No. 14000/2021, Civil Application No.4001/2021 for amendment of Writ Petition No. 5094/2021 does not survive and same is accordingly disposed of. ( S. G. MEHARE, J. ) ( A.S. GADKARI, J. ) JPC
