Intervention Application is filed one Mr.Kisanrao S/o Baburao Acharya. Mr.Khande, learned counsel appearing for the Intervener states that the record is with the Intervener and he is ready to handover the record to the petitioner of the Writ Petition. Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner states that

the petitioner would accept the same.

In view of the above, it is not necessary to go into the merits of the matter. The Intervener Mr.Kisanrao S/o Baburao Acharya shall handover the record available with him of Sant Tukaram Sahakari Bhadekaru Malki Gruha Nirman Sanstha, Ltd., ParliVaijanath, Dist.Beed to the elected Chairman on 31.1.2017. 4.

If after receipt of the record, still, if any grievance persist with the handing over of the record, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
