DATE : 27/09/2017 PER COURT :- We have heard Mr.Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Survase, learned counsel and learned AGP for the respondent State.

2] It is stated that the acquiring body has deposited the amount of compensation of Rs.1,48,697/- with the Special Land Acquisition Officer.

3] The affidavit is filed by Tahsildar, Partur that it has received cheque of Rs.1,48,697/- and the same would be paid to the claimant within one week.

4] The said statement is accepted. The payment shall be made to the petitioner within one week. Writ Petition is d disposed of. No costs.
