Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, upon instructions, makes a statement that on each date on which the present applicant will attend the proceedings at Malkapur, District Buldhana, the respondent shall pay costs of Rs.2,500/-, to be incurred for travelling and other expenses.

In view of above, in my opinion, the ends of justice will be met if the Trial Court is directed to decide Hindu Marriage Petition No.66 of 2012, pending on the file of Civil Judge Senior Division, Malkapur, District Buldhana, as expeditiously as possible and it is accordingly directed. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant assures that the applicant shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the above referred proceedings.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent undertakes that the respondent shall deposit the amount of costs, on each date before the Trial Court and the same is in addition to the maintenance, if any, ordered.

Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
