Learned A.G.P., appearing for Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee, on instructions, states that the Committee will take a call upon as to whether the report of vigilance presented in the case of cousin of the petitioner can be taken into consideration in the matter of petitioner and will make an endeavour to take decision in respect of proposal for validity of tribe certificate by 06th October, 2018. Statement made is accepted. In view of the statement made above, writ petition stands disposed of.
