The applicants/original claimants aggrieved by dismissal of the claim filed under Workmen's Compensation Act preferred the appeal. However, there is delay in filing the appeal. Therefore present application is filed seeking condonation of delay.

Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

Having considered the submissions advanced and the reasons as stated in application from paragraph nos.2 to 5, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 505 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off. 4.
