In first session, the learned Advocate appearing for the respective parties made submission that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement of the dispute in the Second Appeal. They have drafted terms of settlement and all of them are present before the Court.

Considering the submissions advanced, the parties were relegated to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the compromise terms as well as parties. In pursuance of the order, parties presented themselves before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The respective Advocates identified them. Copies of Aadhaar Card are placed on record. The learned Registrar had read over the compromise terms to the parties, which they accepted to be correct. The terms are verified in presence of learned Advocates. In that view of the matter, Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise pursis, which is marked 'X' for identification.
