The learned Advocate for the Applicants/Petitioners submits on instructions that, their grievance as regards entering their name in the 'Shalarth Pranali', has been redressed as they are already entered in the said 'Pranali' to the extent of 20% grant-inaid. Now they have been transferred to the 100% grant-in-aid establishment. They desire to put forth a representation to the Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad, Respondent No.3 herein. He, therefore, prays that the Writ Petition, as well as the Civil Application can be disposed off, by requesting Respondent
