Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

There is an innocuous prayer in the petition, inasmuch as directions are sought to respondent no.2 to take decision on the proposal submitted by respondent no.3 i.e. Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed, dated 31st July 2015, in respect of prayer of the petitioner to change date of birth in the school record.

Respondent no.2 is directed to take decision on the proposal forwarded by respondent no.3 in respect of change in date of birth of the petitioner, vide letter dated 31st July 2015, if already not taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, within six weeks from today and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner and respondent nos.3 and 4. 4.

With the above directions, the Petition is disposed of.
