In this Petition the grievance is raised that Respondent Nos.1 to 5 are not making enquiry/taking decision on the applications filed by the petitioner on 7th October, 2015, 8th October, 2015 and 5th September, 2018.

In case Respondent nos.1 to 5 have not taken any decision on the said applications or not initiated the enquiry, they should expedite the process of initiation of enquiry/taking decision

on the said applications, in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity to the affected parties, keeping in view the relevant procedure/provisions and shall take expeditious decision on the said applications.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. We make it clear that we have not entered upon the contentions raised in the Petition on merits.
