Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

It is not in dispute that the applicant/petitioner has applied from Scheduled Caste Category for the Higher Secondary Sikshan Sevak. The said post was reserved for Project affected/ Earthquake affected person from Scheduled Caste category.

Admittedly, the petitioner does not possess either project affected person or earthquake affected person's certificate. In that view of the matter, we do not see any reason to entertain the review application. Hence rejected.
