Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner claims an appointment on compassionate ground on place of his mother, who retired as Safai Kamgar.

Considering the Government Resolution dated 11th March, 2016, the claim of the petitioner can be

{2} 50-WP-11239-18 considered. It is not disputed by the respondents that the mother of the petitioner is retired as Safai Kamgar. In view of Clause 3(3) of the Government Resolution dated 11th March, 2016, the case of the petitioner can be considered. 4.

In light of above, the respondent No. 3 shall take decision upon the proposal forwarded by respondent No. 4 (page 43 dated 30th August, 2016) expeditiously on its own merits, preferably within four months.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
