Present application has been filed by the original plaintiffs for getting the delay of 67 days condoned in filing Second Appeal. They want to challenge the judgment and decree passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kandhar dated 30.07.2011 in Special Civil Suit No.2 of 2009 which has been confirmed by judgment and decree dated 22.03.2017 by learned District Judge-2, Kandhar in R.C.A. No.19 of 2015. 2.

Learned Advocate representing the respondent is absent. Therefore, whatever reasons have been given in the application have gone unchallenged. Further taking into consideration the fact that the applicants are ladies, coming from rural background and illiterate, leniency is shown, delay stands
