It is brought to my notice by the learned Advocate for the respondent that the matter is settled between the parties and the parties are required to take steps in terms of the settlement. 3.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that there is possibility that the settlement may not be worked out in terms of the compromise terms.

However, in view of the settlement between the parties, the present application is disposed of as infructuous. In the event, any one of the parties withdraws from the settlement terms, liberty to restore the application.
