DATE : 8th DECEMBER, 2021 PER COURT :- It appears that in compliance of the orders passed by this Court dated 26-02-2019, in Writ Petition No. 1680 of 2019 and other connected matters, the Government has issued Resolution/Circular dated 13-11-2021 granting the benefits to the petitioners, as directed by this Court, under order dated 26-02-2019. The contention of the learned advocate for the petitioners is that petitioners have not received the benefits though Government Resolution is issued. 2.
Mr Mali, learned Advocate submits that Zilla Parishad has demanded said amount from the Government, which comes to Rs. 53,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Three lakhs) in respect of all the petitioners, as and when the amount would be received, the same would be paid to them. The respondents will also have to forward the pension
1041-CP-761-19.odt proposals in tune with Government Resolution dated 30-11-2021. Mr. Mali submits that within two months pension proposals of the petitioners would be forwarded in tune with Government Resolution/Circular dated 30-11-2021, said statement is accepted as undertaking to the Court.

The pension proposals shall be forwarded to concerned authority, within two months and retiral benefits shall also be paid as per Government Resolution/Circular dated 30-11-2021. The circular itself states that in sanctioned budget of 2021-2022, same would be considered. The respondent shall now make payment of arrears to the petitioners preferably within a period of four(04) months from today. 4.
