Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order dated 13.11.2025, the petitioner has deposited an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards costs imposed by this Court to be paid to the Government Cancer Hospital at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. 2.

The original receipt issued by Shaskiya Karkarog Rugnyalaya, Aurangabad Dengue Samitee acknowledging receipt of Rs.50,000/-, along with the acknowledgment issued by the Bank of Baroda dated 04.12.2025, evidencing deposit of the said amount in the account of Shaskiya Karkarog Rugnyalaya at Bank of Baroda, Samarth Nagar Branch, is taken on record.

In view of the above, the order dated 13.11.2025 stands complied with.

Since the petition has already been dismissed vide order dated 13.11.2025 and the order imposing costs has also been complied with, the petition stands disposed of.
