Learned APP submits that the crime is now registered bearing No. 14 of 2022 with Chikalthana Police Station, Aurangabad (Rural) for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 379, 452, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of fling of Writ Petition No. 1295 of 2021 is over since the crime is registered.
