Per Court :- This is an application for early hearing of Writ Petition No. 4008/05. Though this court is taking older matter, the applicant has definitely pointed out and makes out a case for early hearing of W.P. [2] At present, Applicant / original Resp.No.5 is 102 years old. That itself makes out a case for early hearing of Writ Petition No.4008/05 as during his lifetime, he should enjoy the fruits of litigation. Hence, Civil Application is allowed. Writ Petition No.4008/2005 is fixed for hearing in the week commencing from 5th February, 2015.
