This Writ Petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Respondent / Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the Tribe Certificate Verification Proposal of the petitioner pending with the Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. Respondent No.3 is directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to submit Validation Certificate and appropriate steps can be taken in the event of adverse decision by the Scrutiny Committee.
