The applicants who are the legal representatives of Bhaskar Govind Shinde i.e. the sole respondent in the main appeal, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record as Bhaskar died on 17.04.2018, by condoning the delay of 1549 days. There is no strong objection from the other side. As such the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' . The appellant acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment accordingly within stipulated period.
