Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 though served through court notice as well as private notice as per service affidavit, remained absent when called out repeatedly. There seems delay of 125 days in preferring the revision application.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay and in the interest of justice, the delay needs to be condoned. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(I) The application for condonation of delay moved by the applicant is hereby allowed subject to the payment of costs of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee at Aurangabad within a period of one month from today.
