Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. None present for the respondents though duly served. 2.

Learned counsel submits that, the applicant has sustained injuries in the accident which resulted into amputation of his left hand. The applicant has also incurred huge medical expenses. Thus, due to financial constraints the appeal could not be preferred within limitation. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, delay of 243 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

In appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 7.4.2017.
