The learned Asst. Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that in compliance of the order / directions given by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10431 of 2012 on 15th July 2014, amount is deposited in the Registry.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner makes oral prayer to allow members of the petitioner - Society to withdraw the said amount deposited by the respondents.

Members of the petitioner - Society are allowed to withdraw the amount as per their entitlement, out of the amount deposited by the respondents. The Registrar [Judicial] of this Court to verify entitlement of the members of the petitioner - Society and then members of the petitioner - Society are permitted to withdraw the amount. The said exercise shall be done as expeditiously as possible, however, within three weeks from today.

Since the order of which contempt is alleged has been complied by the respondents, the Contempt Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
