We had heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner for sometime. We granted a pass over for taking instructions. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that since the Petitioner is of the belief that his resignation amounted to forceful termination, he desires to challenge the same before the School Tribunal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Condition of Service) Regulation Act, 1977.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed
