Learned AGP tenders across the bar a copy of the communication received by her dated 06.12.2023 from the Collector, Nanded informing about the matter having been under active consideration. The petitioner was called upon to deposit necessary measurement charges. He has chosen to opt for ordinary measurement and the lands would be measured within a stipulated time of six months as indicated to her. 3.

Expecting that now that the petitioner has deposited the
