Learned advocate for the applicant submits that in accordance with the order dated 10/10/2024, all office objections are removed except one objection with respect to incorrect paragraph numbers in the order of the Reference Court. He submits that, in the original order, paragraph numbers are incorrectly mentioned and therefore, although he has filed the same document on record, the office has raised the objection of incorrect paragraph numbers. He requests to dispense with this objection.
