2] Heard the learned AGP for the respondent State. 3] The petitioner is impugning the order passed by the Collector dated 1/9/2017 rejecting dispute raised by her against the No Confidence Motion passed against her as a Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat in the special meeting held on 1/7/2017. 4] As can be seen from the order of the Collector dated 7/9/2017 he has issued a direction to the concerned Tahsildar to hold election for filling the vacancy. Even the programme was

published on 11/9/2017 and it is thereafter that the present Writ Petition has been filed on 12/9/2017.
