The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the L.Rs. of deceased respondent No.6 submits that the applicant / petitioner has caused a delay and costs may be imposed. The said costs can be donated for the treatment of poor patients.

In view of the above, and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The delay of 107 days is condoned on the condition that the applicant would deposit an amount of Rs.500/- on before 6.11.2019 with with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad").
