Even today, none appears for the petitioner. Orders passed by the Tahsildar dated 27/08/2013 under Section 5(2) and by the revisional authority dated 31/12/2014 under Section 23 of the Mamlatdars' Courts Act, 1906, are under challenge in this petition.
