By the writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the communication dated 25.7.2011 issued by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Jalgaon and the communication dated 23.9.2011 issued by the Chief Officer and Town Planning Officer, Amalner, Municipal Council wherein it is communicated that the dispute pending for consideration of Civil Court in R.C.S. No. 88/2001 is between the petitioners and other private parties and the names of the petitioners could not be recorded in the P.R. Card.

WP 7533/11 record and marked as 'X' for identification.
3.
The learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Council also submits that the Municipal Council would accept the communication dated 5.9.2009, which was kept in abeyance due to pendency of the R.C.S. No. 88/2001 in the Civil Court.
4.
In view of the statements made above, the writ petition is disposed of. All civil applications are disposed of.
