This application for pre-arrest bail is in connection with Crime No.22 of 2013 registered at Mukhed Police Station, Taluka Mukhed, District Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 417, 419, 462, 463, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mrs. M. A. Deshpande, learned APP makes a statement that during the course of investigation nothing is found against the present Applicant and Investigating Officer has prepared "B" summary report which has been sent for approval before the S.D.P.O. Statement of learned APP taken on record.

In view of the fact that there is no incriminating material against

O R D E R

I.

Criminal Application No.5463 of 2015 is allowed.

II.

In the event of arrest of Applicant Vishwambhar Vithal Singanwad in Crime No.22 of 2013 registered with Mukhed Police Station, Taluka Mukhed, District Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 417, 419, 462, 463, 468, 471 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code he shall be released on bail on his executing P.R. and S.B. Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) each.

III.

Applicant shall not tamper with prosecution witnesses and shall make himself available as and when required for investigation.
