Applicant is seeking modification of the order passed on 16.02.2016

ca13587.16.doc directing him to furnish security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judl.) for withdrawal of amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited. The request made by applicant for furnishing bank guarantee instead of security to the satisfaction of the Registrar deserves to be accepted. Applicant shall be permitted to withdraw the amount of interest accrued on the fixed deposit on furnishing bank guarantee for the like amount.
