Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
This is an application for condonation of delay, setting aside abatement and permission to bring the legal representative of deceased original appellant (Tamanappa) on record. Perused the application. There is delay of 3461 days caused in bringing the legal representative of deceased original appellant on record.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application deserves to be allowed as the delay is not caused deliberately and intentionally. Hence, the delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of deceased
30-ca.7985.22.odt original appellant on record. Necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title of appeal memo, within a period of two weeks from today. If the amendment is not carried out within the stipulated period, the application shall be deemed to be dismissed without further reference to the Court.
The appellant is directed to supply a copy of the amended appeal memo and other relevant documents to the learned AGP, within two weeks after the amendment is carried out. Civil Application stands disposed of.
