The Police Constable Shri Yogesh Shivaji Sonwane (Buckle No.1704), Amalner Police Station, District Jalgaon, has produced the applicant/ appellant (Feroz Ahmad Qamruddin Shaikh) in person before this Court in pursuance to the order dated 20.08.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.206/2006 issuing Non Bailable Warrant.

The learned advocate Shri Chatterji appearing for

*2* nob NBW the appellant has filed this application for cancellation of the Non Bailable Warrant and for releasing the appellant on bail. He undertakes to appear on the next date of hearing. 4.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No.3546/2025 is allowed. The appellant/ applicant (Feroz Ahmad Qamruddin Shaikh) is directed to be released on bail on furnishing the Surety Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one fresh surety in the like amount. The bail papers be drawn before the Sessions Court.

Till the above bail compliance is done, the appellant is remanded to the magisterial custody and is sent to the Sub-Jail, Jalgaon. The Jail Superintendent of the said Jail shall accept the custody of the appellant.
