This is an application for withdrawal. It is submitted that applicant No. 5 Namdeo Balu Pathare is dead. First appeal is already dismissed. Share of Namdeo be given to other claimants . Applicant No.6 Asrabai is wife of deceased Applicant No.5. In light of that, share given to applicant No. 5 Namdeo can be given to applicant No.6. It is submitted that other claimants do not have any objection for the same. In light of that, share given to Namdeo be apportioned in favour of applicant No.6 Asrabai.

Application is allowed. Cheques be issued in the names of the applicants. Applicant No.2 is entitled to receive cheques of all the applicants. Civil application disposed of.
