CORAM : S.V.GANGAPURWALA AND A.M. DHAVALE,JJ.
Date : 04.04.2018.
PER COURT :
1.
Mr.Waramaa, learned counsel submits that the caste certificate and the caste validity certificate issued to Respondent No.5 be set aside. The Respondent No.4 be directed to comply
the order passed by the appellate authority - Divisional Caste Scrutiny Committee. According to the learned counsel, the Respondent No.5 has obtained the validity certificate and the caste certificate on the basis of false documents. The claim of Respondent No.5 is false.
2.
We have perused the complaint of the petitioner dated 8.8.2016. The complaint is as vague as it could be. There is not a single document along with the complaint to even remotely suggest that the validity obtained by Respondent No.5 is on the basis of false or forged document. The petitioner has not produced any contra document to suggest that the claim of Respondent No.5 is false. On the basis of such vague complaint, the proceedings can not be reopened.
3.
In light of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioners. The Writ Petition is
disposed of. No costs.
