Mr. Patil, learned counsel submits that considering that the petitioner had been brought on CRTE from 1984, treating the petitioner fresh employee as appointed in the year 1992, is erroneous. Learned counsel submits that the Government Labour Officer, Parbhani has submitted the proposal to respondent No.3 to consider the case of the petitioner from the initial date of appointment. No decision has been taken by the respondent on it as yet.

We have heard learned AGP.

In case the proposal submitted by the Government Labour Officer, Parbhani (Exh.F) is

( 2 ) wp4425.14 pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall take decision on it, in accordance with law, preferably within six months.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
