This petition takes an exception to the order dated 02.08.2021, passed by the learned Magistrate, Naigaon Bz. in P.W.D.V.A. Application No. 06 of 2021. By the order impugned the learned Magistrate directed the present petitioner-husband to provide monetary assistance of Rs. 10,000/- to the respondent-wife. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent is working as Home Guard and as such the learned Magistrate was not justified in ordering the petitioner to pay monetary assistance of Rs. 10,000/- to the respondent. Considering the fact that the amount of monetary assistance is Rs. 10,000/-, no interference is called for in the order impugned.

The petition is dismissed.
