The respondent-husband in the present Civil Application has preferred Writ Petition No.7846 of 2018 challenging the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad below Exh.110 in Special Civil Suit No.270 of 2010 filed by the Applicant seeking damages in lacs of rupees.

This Court to entertain the said Writ Petition has directed the petitioner-husband to deposit certain amount to show his bonafides and accordingly the petitioner-husband has

945-CA.13587-19.odt deposited Rs.1,00,000/- before this Court. The original respondent-wife in the Writ Petition has filed this present application for withdrawal of the same. Those directions have been given to the petitioner-husband to show his bonafides and as such the applicant herein (respondent in the Writ Petition) is not entitled to withdraw the said amount. This court would pass the appropriate order at the time of disposal of the Writ Petition pertaining to the said amount.
