This application is for appointment of Arbitrator for the decision on dispute between the applicant and non-applicant. 2.

Admittedly, there is a development agreement dated 30.01.2017 executed between the parties which contains arbitration clause.

Perusal of the application as well as reply indicates that there exists prima facie dispute between the parties which is referable to the Arbitrator.

Applicant has suggested names of three advocates for appointment of one of them as Arbitrator. Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, records no objection for appointment of Advocate Mr. G. V. Wani as an Arbitrator. Learned counsel for applicant confirms the same on instructions.
