This is an application for quashing of F.I.R., C.R. No. 264 of 2022 registered with Chalisgaon Road Police Station, Dist. Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 406, 408, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504 and 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the concerned Investigating Officer has filed 'A' summary report. He places on record copy of the said report. He seeks permission to withdraw the application.
