During the pendency of this Appeal from Order the parties have arrived at settlement and accordingly compromise terms identified as "X" were filed in Civil Application No. 10187 of 2024. Vide order dated 23rd September, 2024, the parties were referred to the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the contents. Accordingly, the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court submitted his report dated 25.09.2024 by mentioning that the parties have voluntarily entered into compromise terms (X).

Therefore, those compromise terms are accepted and the
