At the outset, learned AGP raises objection about the maintainability of the Petition in view of availability of alternative remedy under Section 258 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

In view of availability of alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition. The Petition, therefore, stands disposed of with liberty to approach appropriate Forum.
