Order :- In view of permission granted to the respondents-original claimants for withdrawal of amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lac Only) in this case and rest of the amount of compensation deposited in this Court as per Award of the learned Court is kept in Fixed Deposit Receipts Account of Nationalized Bank till further order of this Court, there is no propriety to grant stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the Award. Accordingly, civil application for stay stands disposed of.
